Recite 41 times بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ in the left ear of the patient preceded and followed by durood shareef thrice and blow in the ear. Then recite 121 times بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ preceded and followed by durood shareef thrice and blow on the patient.
