A person whose appetite is very big, he eats and eats but does not get full, then he should do the following: Read the name of Allah “Ya Samadu” 300 times, blow on something edible and eat it. Do this for a few days. Inshallah his appetite will decrease
Read the following 12 times, blow on something edible and give the patient to eat: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم يا رحيم Do this few times daily for 7 days InshaAllah the appetite of the patient will increase
The following is an Amal to find a lost item, person or child: After any Salaah recite 500 times “لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ” preceeded and followed by Durood shareef thrice. Thereafter make Dua to Allah.
The following is an Amal to increase memory: After Fajr Salaah, recite the name of Allah “Ya Aleemu” 115 times and blow on the heart. InshaAllah one’s memory will get strengthened.
