This Taweez may be used in any of the following ways:
Method 1
Recite Surah Al-Fātiḥah with Bismillah, preferably joining the “meem” with the “laam” of Alhamdu (بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الْحمد), and blow onto the Taweez.
Thereafter, recite the following verse once and blow onto it:
وَإِن يَكَادُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ بِأَبْصَارِهِمْ لَمَّا سَمِعُوا ٱلذِّكْرَ وَيَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُۥ لَمَجْنُونٌ وَمَا هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
Then pass the Taweez over the patient’s body from head to toe seven times. Thereafter, burn the Taweez.
Method 2
Place the Taweez flat on the patient’s head. Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas several times, blowing onto the patient after each recitation.
Thereafter, burn the Taweez.
Method 3
Place the Taweez flat on the patient’s head. Recite the following verse 10 times and blow onto the patient
فَوَقَعَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ (الأعراف: 118)
Thereafter, burn the Taweez.
