For istikhaarah
If a person wants to know whether something is good or bad then he should recite YA ALEEMU a hundred times after Isha Salaah on a Thursday night and then go to bed without speaking to anyone.
For making a child’s mind sharp
In the morning, recite “Ya Aleemu” 21 times, then blow on water and give the child to drink. Continue doing this for 40 days. Insha Allah the child’s mind will will sharpen.
