Ingredients:
30g celery seeds (Hua)
50g seedless raisins
12 fresh mint leaves
20g jeeru
3 green elachi (opened slightly)
Method:
Boil all the above ingredients in 360ml of water until 225ml remains. Strain, bottle and refrigerate when cool. Administer ½ teaspoon 3 times daily.
This is an excellent substitute for gripe water.
One may sweeten to taste with honey or brown sugar.
